FREE Exchanges - We will pay for return shipping when you exchange your equipment for
equipment worth 50% of the value. NO Restocking fee! Except for out of country orders.
- Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 10%
restocking fee.
- Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
- Equipment must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be
given for damaged returns. Damages include water marks, loose threads, pulls in the
neoprene, animal hair, human hair, stains, burns and odors.
- If you need to return an item please use our Live Support Link below. You will be issued an
RMA and instructions on how to send your tapestry back to us.
