Barefoot Booms, Tower Booms: “We guarantee it fits your boat or we will buy it back. If we told you the boom fits your boat and we are wrong, we will pay all return shipping and restocking fees. We do not take back our booms because you changed your mind.”
Barefoot Suits: “We guarantee we have the best barefoot suit guaranteed to make you ski better or we will buy it back used for a full refund. If your barefoot suit is the wrong size, you may return it for exchange as long as the suit is an unmarked and like-new condition with the tags and original packaging within 7 days.”
Fat Sacs: “Fat Sacs are not eligible for return after they have been used because they can not be repackaged and resold as new.”
TheFootersEdge.com and Barefoot International Refund and Return Policy is as follows:
All discrepancies must be reported within 7 working days. This means errors in the order or package damage must be reported by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any unused and unopened products that are returned within 30 days are eligible for a full refund if they are returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging. This will be determined upon receipt of the products by the shipping department at Barefoot International. If we paid for free shipping on a boom or other product, you are responsible for the shipping now that you are returning it unused. If we shipped the wrong product or made the wrong recommendation, we will pay for the shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong items.
Any returns that do not meet the requirements above may be returned and are subject to a 20% restocking fee on any products that have been opened that must be inspected and repackaged.
No returns will be received that do not have an RA# (Return Authorization number) given by TheFootersEdge.com:
1. Fill out the form below Contact Us requesting an RA# and the reason for your return.
2. You’ll be emailed an RA# (usually within 48 business hours) with directions for returning your products
The RA# MUST be very visible on the outside of the box. You will need to ship it to:

3. After Barefoot International Receives your return, they will call us to confirm that it was returned and is in good condition. We will then credit your card for the merchandise minus 20%.
Please use the tracking number to confirm that Barefoot International has received it and then feel free to call us and we will try to expedite your credit.
