The best barefoot wetsuit is the difference between a mediocre skier and an exceptional one. All the top barefooters in the world use this trick, and it’s something that you’ll regret not starting sooner. The fact is, the Footer’s Edge Barefoot Wetsuit will up your barefooting game remarkably. Who would have thought that a piece of clothing could have such an effect on how you move through the water?
What is it made of?
The Footer’s Edge Barefoot Wetsuits are made of two separate layers of material. The first layer is made of neoprene rubber, and the second is made of flotation padding. These two layers and how they are constructed determine the performance of your wetsuit. The fact that they’re melded together means you don’t have to wear an additional flotation device.
These two layers support many parts of your body in order to provide the most security. This isn’t your average wetsuit! Your hamstrings, butt, hips, back, ribs, and chest will all be protected with our double layer padding.
How is it different from other suits?
When you become a more experienced barefoot skier, you’ll start to ski at faster speeds. And high speeds mean lots of friction. But, that’s not a problem with our suits. This suit will defend against friction and interference, allowing you to glide smoothly, without a hitch. That means you can have peace of mind, be adventurous, and more comfortably go for tricks you’ve never had the courage to do before.
The Footer’s Edge Barefoot Suit isn’t made the way other suits are made. That’s what makes it stand out from the rest. Case in point: the Lane “Dawg” Bowers Signature Series Barefoot International Suit has 26mm of neoprene and flotation padding. That is actually double the protection that any other barefoot suit! Beyond that, we use two layers of glue to secure 26mm of neoprene and flotation padding together. This makes you slide effortlessly while on the water.
The most bang for your buck!
How the physical suits are made isn’t the only thing that makes Footer’s Edge different from everyone else. You’ll also get the best price guaranteed! You might be wondering how that’s possible. We are actually the only barefoot wetsuit company that exists that will buy your suit back if you’re not skiing better than before. That’s how confident we are in how amazing our suits are and what they can do for your barefooting experience.
The proof is in the pudding
When it comes to our suits, it doesn’t matter your skill level for you to understand the difference it can make. Whether you’re a beginner or learning complex tricks like tumble-turns and flips, you’ll definitely feel the difference as soon as you hit the water.
No other barefoot wetsuit retail will let you try the suits with a return policy if you’re not completely happy. You really have nothing to lose!
What to expect the first time you put it on
Like many high-quality pieces of clothing, the suit may feel a bit stiff when you first put it on. That’s because of the material’s high performance construction. It doesn’t mean you should be discouraged. After about twelve uses, it should be broken in. Once you get past this breaking in period, you’ll be thankful you did.
The initial tightness and constriction is normal and temporary, and that’s what it takes to break in. The suit expands in areas where it doesn’t fit yet up to 20%. When the suit starts to conform to your body, the suit will fit like a glove and you’ll glide on the water like never before. Pushing through the initial tightness will make all the difference. As it’s been said before, all good things come with patience.
Improve your barefoot skiing skills
This suit is the most assured way to feel comfortable and have more confidence on the water. Every trick will be easier and smoother. Everything from tumble turns to deepwater starts will feel more energized and dynamic. That’s the power that this barefoot suit has!
The takeaway here: you won’t know until you try it!
The top-performing barefooters all know the secret to upping their game. Now you do, too! Allowing the leading barefooting suit to break in will allow you to reach your barefooting dreams! This suit really makes the difference between average and exceptional barefooters.

Here is my question….and I am sure, that I am not the only one to ask this…BUT…..Cant they come up with a much Better LOGO than what they have on their suits?
Like WTF does that Fly High Logo have top do with Footing?
How about just a simple BIG FOOT as you use as your Footers Edge Logo on the suits.
The Old Bare Foot International Logo looked Great, but…..for some weird reason….they changed it, this Fly High look?
Once again….WTF are they thinking?
I just got back into Footing after being away from it for the past 30 year….yup…..30 years ago was the last time, that I was Footing. lol
I LOVE it even ore now!
But…..I am shopping around for a New Suit…as my Awesome looking ” Barefoot Company suit….still fits and still looks great….BUT….it is 30 years Old now.
Hard to believe that the Barefoot suits are all sooooo “Vanilla” and BORING Looking now!
If I could send you a picture of my Barefoot Company suit….you would see what I mean.
They had a Great Logo, and a Great looking suit “Logo” wise…and the Padding and Flotation in it is unreal!
What are the Barefoot guys THINKING?
Its an Aggressive – Flashy – Show Boat Sport…..and we are needing suits and LOGOS on the back of the suits that Reflect our Sport!
Like come on guys…….can’t you incorporate YOUR LOGO….onto your own suit?
Obviously Mike Seipel sold out, and doesn’t use his Cool Looking Barefoot International Logo any more?
Im looking to buy a New suit…and I would Love to give you the business, BUT……I just can’t wear something that LOOKS so Boring and Cheap, if you know what I mean?
That FLY HIGH Logo is just ridiculous and soooooooooo frigging BORING!
Put me in touch with the Moron that THINKS…..that the FLY HIGH Logo…..is what any of us are looking to be wearing!
Yes……If I got one for FREE……I just might wear it….but…..since I am looking to pay Good Money for a suit, I am wanting to wear something that looks as Good as my 30 year old suit still does………I was hoping that you guys would have come up with some HOT looking suits, over the past 30 years!
How disappointing to see this FLY HIGH Crap!
If you had your Footers Edge Logo Blown Up on the back of the suits….with the same Logo on the Front…..I would be buying 2 suits……in a Heart Beat!
The need get rid of that Kmart looking Logo….and Rev things Up….a Lot……and Reinvent their Logo or YOURS!

I appreciate your feedback and have passed this on to them. I will continue to ask them to include mebefore making changes, but I can only ask.
The good news is that it is still the world’s best barefoot suit as far as performance on the water andnow you can look like a ninja 🙂
